Data Privacy Protection

 

On behalf of Photo Flash Zemun (Address – Prve pruge 43c, Zemun - Belgrade, MIB 53607438, PIB 100193288 , industry code 7420) we are obliged to keep only the necessary data of each customer (First name, last name, address, post code, city, email address, phone number and IP address) in order to successfully process your order. 

 

With this data, we will be able to deliver the desired goods to you, as well as inform you of the current status of the order. On our behalf, we commit to safeguarding the privacy of all our customers. We collect only the necessary, basic customer/customer data and data necessary for business and informing users in accordance with good business practices and in order to provide quality service. We give customers the option of choosing, including whether or not they want to be deleted from the mailing list. All customer/customer data is strictly stored and available only to employees who need data to do their jobs. All employees are responsible for respecting the privacy policy. We are obliged not to use the data collected for any other purpose, nor to forward it to third parties.

 

The customer is obliged when entering data, to verify the validity of the data. If the wrong entry occurs, it can modify its data through the My Account section or contact us by email: flash@flashzemun.co.rs. 

 

Registered customer data is stored until the customer voluntarily cancels the Data Reseessation Consent. The registered customer is obliged to e-mail us: flash@flashzemun.co.rs forward the request for cancellation of consent. Until then, the processed data is exempt from removal, but Photo Flash will no longer collect new or update old data.

 

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted through a public network in a protected (cryptographic) form using the SSL protocol and PKI system, as currently state-of-the-art cryptographic technology.  Data security when purchase, guarantees payment card processor, Raiffeisen Banka AD Beograd, so the complete collection process is done on the bank's pages. At no point is payment card data available to our system.

 

In addition to these, we collect, analyze and process data on products that our visitors request and buy, as well as the pages they visit. We use this data to improve the offer and appearance of our pages, and to enable you to make easier use, safer and more comfortable purchases.

 

Consent and change of conditions

 

The use of our services implies the consent of the user with the specified terms of use. Photo Flash is obliged to abide by all of the above, and any changes to the terms become valid only after it is published on this page and e-mail notifications to all registered users.
